Overview
At Educo Learning Center (ELC), Grade 4 Math focuses on fundamental topics aligned with Common Core standards. Students in Grade 4 Math build upon their understanding of place value by working with larger numbers. The curriculum emphasizes the four operations of whole numbers, especially multiplication and division, and how they are connected. Furthermore, students are taught fraction operations and how fractions are represented as decimals. Geometric reasoning is also emphasized in the curriculum, in which students analyze and compare shapes based on their attributes. Finally, Grade 4 students practice measurement and data interpretation problem-solving skills.
